AJ Went to life and death with Wlad. Wlad's mercy saved him. Got battered by Ruiz like a step child. Got battered by Usyk like a naughty child. Wilder Went to life and death with Ortiz. Ortiz's granddad age saved him. Got battered by Fury and took a draw by robbery. Got battered by Fury like a step child in the rematch.
Not AJ and Wilder are frauds, the HW division is a fraudulent division. If guys like Wilder and Joshua can win titles and stay on top for so long you have to ask yourself how is this possible and the answer is...THE DIVISION sucks hard. They obviously had some soft matchmaking at times as well but i mean AJ at least beat some better guys. HW Boxing is just a joke these days but in the end skills pay the bills and Fury and Usyk are just 5 levels above anyone right now.
Wilder. And it's not even a debate. Wilders resume is a joke. Aj has beaten 4 fighters better that ortiz, who nearly ko'd him before he became a granny
Wilder best wins - Ortiz never ever tried to unify. Only fought Fury because he was out of shape and seen as washed up got his ass handed to him in the rematch. Joshua's best wins - Wlad, Whyte, Parker, Pulev, Povetkin etc. Unified champion made repeated offers to become undisputed and unlike Wilder avenged his loss in a rematch. Plus Ortiz's best win - Jennings and Jennings best win was maybe Mike Perez and even than was a SD. Wilder's the been the biggest fraud in boxing since he won the WBC belt.
Nah not slightly. Klitschko was definitely past it and had just lost to Fury but was still clearly a world class fighter, arguably still elite. Much better than a win over Ortiz Povetkin was past it but he beat Whyte 2 years after loosing to Joshua and Whyte scrapes top 10. It's a pretty good win in todays era, significantly better than the Ortiz win because Whyte himself has a better resume than Ortiz. Pulev ? He schooled Chisora but that was several years ago and Chisora isn't that good. Even so there isn't too much evidence showing that old man Ortiz is much better than old man Pulev but you could make a case for Ortiz being better and i believe Ortiz is slightly better There's also Joshua's win over Whyte Joshua lost to Ruiz, but avenged his loss in an immediate rematch, Joshua also just lost to Usyk but Usyk is Usyk. Even if Usyk lost to Joshua I'd favor him to play with Wilder Joshua's resume is a bit deceptive but his is much better than Wilders. Not even close
It's simple, wladmir is miles better than anyone wilder has beat. Case closed. Also 38 yo pov was better than ortiz and could have definitely beaten wilder. Pov. Wouldn't have just stayed in wilders line of sight like ortiz did.
They're not frauds as such but both are very overblown. AJ is a poor man's Bruno and Wilder is just a clueless windmiller with a punch.
'Fraud' is pretty subjective and means: 'fake' or 'false' right? Wilder was never touted as truly elite, elite power yes. Joshua was moreso, than Wllder, touted as the 'second coming'. Yeah resume of AJ is better, but the degree of 'fraudulence' kinda has to be considered, taking this into account, independent of resumes. That's why I put AJ as slightly less fraudulent, even though his resume is far better.
