Which is the better win?

Pac over Cotto but not by much.

Cotto was coming off a disputable win over Clottey and had been previously TKO'd by Margarito but he also beat Shane.

Shane even though he lost to Cotto, is coming off a major win over Margarito who beat Cotto, but he has been inactive for a long time and is nearing 40 years old.

Meanwhile Cotto had to come in at 145 while Mosley can come in at 147, but at the same time Pacquiao was moving up from JrWW to fight Cotto while Floyd is already a WW.

Its close.

Its close enough that if Floyd beat Shane more convincingly than Pac beat Cotto, then I'd say his win is better.

 

The Mosley that KOd Margo was a monster. If PBF wins that fight, it says a lot.

Guess you have to look at what they done right now. Mosley is the better name and win on record thats for sure. Looking deeper.

Mosley beat vargas twice which was not the same vargas of old. Collazo is a solid win. Close fight with Cotto. Had a competative fight with a Mayorga which had hard fights prier and was out of his best weight. And a great win from AM.

Cotto has wins from Judah who has skills but not mentally there to use it plus on a lossing streak but still a better fighter then collazo. Win over mosley was his best win. Clottey who gives everyone a good fight but always gets a short end of the stick. Loss to Margarito which could be thrown out by the rescent news.

I tought Cotto fought the tougher opposition. Brother man did good with shane for turning the clock on AM fight. But we don't know if his win was just a styles makes fight thing, until mosley beats another big name like maybe clottey or Berto. 29 year old Cotto looks better then a 39 year old shane who has not fought in a year. Factor in the way manny dominated him and knocked out.

Cotto is the better win. But im might change my mind if Floyd beats mosley the way he beat marquez.

 

Pacquiao beating Cotto. Pacquiao fought someone much bigger and basically walked him down and destroyed him, whereas Mosley was beaten by Cotto because Cotto used a good jab on the night, something Mayweather never forgets to use. Therefore, seeing Pacquiao beat Cotto the way he did really shocked me, but I wouldn't be shocked to see Mayweather beat Mosley convincingly.

 

In my mind there is no comparison. Pacman is the great fighter and Cotto is not and was beaten up in recent times by Margarito, and was always in brawls. Mosley is an ATG. Mayweather beating Mosley is much much better, regardless of Cotto beating Mosley, the fact is Mosley is an ATG and Cotto is not. Pacman is great, but if Mayweather beats Mosley on May 1st, than Mayweather has the better win at welterweight than Pacman.

Neither. I knew Cotto was gonna get beat by Pacquiao and Floyd should beat Mosley, who I believe is on the down slide. But, if Floyd KO's Mosley, which, I highly doubt, damn, would I be impressed.
