Nonito Donaire says the IBF seemed to have some beef with him and they never sent him a belt or ever communicated with him at all after he beat Mathebula to unify. Some bad blood must have happened between Donaire and the IBF; that was the strap he held at Flyweight and then after that the Mathebula fight is the only time he's ever competed for/under/with/whatever the IBF body.

I ask this humbly: Why not also mention the Nevada State Athletic Commision - a real bag of slimeballs?

For me the WBA edges it due to their ridiculous 3 "world title" system.
All 4 of them are obviously corrupt, unreliable and biased towards certain fighters, nationalities and promoters.
They all have weird and sometimes ridiculously bad mandatories which gets highlighted at HW in particular.
Just some mando names across all alphabets from the last decade.
Stiverne (WBC), Ruiz (WBA), H. Fury (WBO), Leapai (WBO), Oquendo (WBA)...
