    Your vote please.
It surprises me that no one is hitting Marquez for cherrypicking a has-been fighter who has not fought competitively for two years.

Thread has already been done. Marquez-Morales was ahead by quite a distance. Both fights are bull****. The malaise of the heavyweight division 2010 has reached the lower weights.

I am asking which is worse because all the arrows are thrown towards Pac. Double standards?

No. People are only just realising Morales - Marquez is actually going ahead so people are starting to give that fight all the **** it deserves because it is about as bad as Duran-Joppy. There are some that want to see Marquez-Morales because they believe it completes some sort of circle, even though it does anything but that.

The Pacquiao fight deserves its fair share of flak though, the best pound for pound fighter in the world should not be fighting someone with a recent record like Mosley's especially when his last two fights have been against the likes of Margarito and Clottey.

Why are you so hard on Pac? Isn't he entitled to easy fights once in a while after fighting 3 big men in a row? Why can't he be like the Chicken Floyd who fought a bloated lightweight Marquez? Can you guys give him a break?

    I'm hyped for both.
2 Match-up's of styles I've yet to see clash.

Why do people act like the world has ended?
    this ain't their last fights...

    If they lose, **** it.
(I think deep down the "DANGER" scares people)

    Either Mosley/Morales have the potential.

Both fights suck and are pretty much just meant to give the challenger an extra pay day.

Oh, and there's been a thread already and Marquez has already been taken to task for it.

In my opinion he has had an easy set of fights since Cotto. Floyd isn't relevent to this discussion and while his recent behaviour can't be condoned he did fight Shane when Shane was the man, at the same time nor is Floyd the best fighter in the world Manny Pacquiao is. While I love the fact that Pacquiao is staying active unlike Floyd, he isn't giving fights to the people that deserve them. I'd give him props for fighting Marquez or Berto, I'd actually give him props for fighting any of current 140 beltholders. But Old Man River Mosley? I can't give him his due for this fight coming of Mosley's recent efforts. Sorry.

As for Marquez-Morales, that fight is a through and through disgrace.

I still believe Mosley is the better opponent for Pac than Marquez who is only good as a lightweight. His obssession for Pac is more for retirement money than anything else. If he really wants to fight Pac, he should not have outpriced himself.

Floyd fought Marquez. Pac is fighting Mosley.
Who do you think is the better competition?
Marquez is only good in the lightweight division. He
has nothing to show as junior welter or a welter.

I actually think Mosley will be a tougher fight just because of Mosley's size and the athletic quality he still possesses in some form. However I just don't agree with the principle of that a man who has a shoddy run of form recently gets the fight against, lets face it, the best pound for pound boxer on the planet. While guys like Marquez and Berto are left behind even if one is the third best pound for pound fighter in my book and the other is probably the best welter outside of Pacquiao himself. If Manny beat a guy with credentials like that I'd have to heap as much praise on him as I did when he smoked Hatton or manhandled Cotto. I just don't agree with the principle of it.
