i'd have to say now, 2000-2009. unfortunately i was only 2yrs old in 1990 so most of those fights in that era i've had to research or try and watch on YouTube or w/e...however, right now we got Mayweather, Hopkins, Hatton, Pacquiao, Cotto, Williams, Lopez, Berto, Clottey, Pavlik, Mosley, etc... - ****, this year is going to be fkn great for boxing despite the Margarito scandal.

The 90's is my personal favourite, simply because most of my favourite fighters were most active during that decade.

If we are talking about which is the better decade, I might go with the 00's.

The 90's were the pinnacle of civilization.
The 90's saw great strides in boxing, art, music, film and technology. From the reign of the great Lennox Lewis and a second heavyweight golden age; the greatest film of all time, Titanic; the emergence of pop icons like like N*sync and Britney Spears. Michael Jackson was on his Dangerous world tour. Star Wars was still cool and the internet was invented. TV had great shows like Seinfeld, Party of Five and Buffy...

Ah the 90's. You can't beat them.

1990`s so many good fighters about at heavyweight, and a good variety of styles, unlike now where it is mainly Russian bores all fighting in a simillar fashion. Also the 90`s had Naz,Benn,Eubank and great fighters like Jones at thier peak.
I think we have seen good fights in the 2000`s and im fairly happy with tv like setanta showing more fights but the 90`s were better.
