Lara (again), Trout (again), Julian Williams and Andrade also have very good chances. I initially thought Jermall (not Jermell) had a good chance, after seeing his fight with Trout and how Trout was able to catch up to him, I no longer feel he has much of a chance.

All of the above have an excellent chance, but we havent seen Williams or Lubins chins thoroughly tested, and BOTH forget defense coming out of a combination.

They would likely eat a CL hand from Yeller and be dropped.

And there's no possible way to beat Yeller on the cards without smoking him or dropping him multiple times.

I believe both Charlos, particularly Mall, would likely beat him. Mell seems lately to be a little too satisfied waiting on openings, and vs Yeller, that could end badly since he's actually a decent enough boxer himself, and has a far better chin than earlier thought.

Andrade.....power, speed, skills....all superior to Yellers. Only question is would he leave himself open for a counter.

Yellers got a punchers chance vs Andrade, but not much more.

Andrade is Lara with Malls power. :think

Maybe Lara in a rematch. Maybe Demetrius. That's about it. Canelo at 154 is a hell of a fighter

Maybe Lara and Andrade. The rest are overrated and unproven.

All I can tell you is that Canelo's condition vs smith will tell us more that any other factor. If he makes 154 and won't be able to move or fight from exhaustion, all of the names listed will beat him comfortably (then lose on the scorecards)

I suspect we won't ever find out. He's done taking tough fights, 2nd half of the career is milk the fans with overpriced mismatches

    Y'all buy it up......

Was Trout really a tough fight?

Mayweather was a 20 mil payday.

Lara, yeah, hard to catch, but even without catching him, Yeller still got the nod?

Cotto is pastprime. Mosely was far past prime and was best at 140.
Lopez was past prime and a career 135lber before Khan cherrypicked him.

I mean seriously.....which tough fights did yeller ever take. :patsch

I think Andrade can beat him and would bet on it outside of that I think he more than holds his own. Already beat Trout and Lara and from what was seen recently I wouldn't be surprised if he beat the Charlo bros in competitive fight's.

I think that all of the above would give him a run for his money and has very good shot at beating him. One more fighter that I think has a chance to bust him up and that's Martirosyan.

We already know for a fact Lara can beat Canelo.
I would also favor Julian Williams over him aswell

Trout at the time was a good fight as was Lara, he gets full credit for both of those for me. Fights like Lopez were the result of unintended consequences, he took the short side of the stick with weight with Floyd, again nothing to say about those. Kirkland and Angulo were fun fights, Kirk could've been a classic if that ****head had a stuff together

But now that the money has rolled in hes flipped the switch and it's frustrating

He needs to take on the best at 154 or nothing there
