Rahman simply pecked away at Toney from the outside. Bellew would be able to do the same.

The difference in power from just a jab between Rachman and Bellew is monumental. Like a knat bite compared to a battering ram. Toney of Jirov fight where hes fat and getting old would obliterate Bellew

Correct. If Bellew thought he'd be competitive at HW, why don't he and his handlers organize fights vs. the likes of Pulev/Jennings/Ortiz/Povetkin/Whyte/Parker? If Bellew walked through 2-3 of these he'd become mandatory challenger and get a guaranteed title shot.

Yet that is not happening. Why not? Bellew *KNOWS* he is outmatched at these levels. Haye was a C rated super shot fighter when Bellew destroyed him. It says nothing about Bellew's competitiveness in the top 10 of the HW landscape.
