Which makes you happier: Pavlik winning or Taylor losing?

Well said. See this isnt Jermains fault all of this started, because it all started with HBO. They screwed him up as a fighter, and practicly ruined his reputation By letting get by in fights he should have left with his head down. This ****ed him up mentally as well. He was full of himself by the time the Pavlik fight came around. NOW he can make himself into the fighter HBO wanted him to be. Im officially a fan:bbb

 

I have no problem with either. It was win win because I knew it would be exciting and I have no quarrel with either guy.

 

I'm happy we got a good fight, didn't care who won as much as the fight being good. I was more of a Taylor fan than a Pavlik fan (probably due to seeing more of Taylors career unfold through the years, as Pavlik only had a handful of TV fights until recently).

Floyd ducks people because he can and still make money being the Pound 4 Pound King that everyone wants to see get KTFO. I suppose people would still want to see jermain get beat, but overall, his stock would totally plummet.

I give props to any fighter who steps in that ring because I have too.
But I think your confusing skillfull and marketable guys as "tough guys" they are all tough, but Jermain was bigger and stronger than anyone he faced until kelly, so i say, get a clue.:thumbsup

 

Wanted Pavlik to win, Taylors last few fights was the main reason. I'm very glad he did, but after Taylors effort I'm not happy that Taylor lost, just happy Pavlik won.

honestly im little happier but not all that much i knew he would KO Taylor so i just want to see it more than anything. I wouldda been on fire if it went to the scorecards and Taylor got the gift again though.

 

Neither did anything for me. I'm actually starting to like Taylor. In the post fight press conference he showed class, but more importantly the desire to overcome this loss. I will be watching his next few fights, I wasn't really interested in him before.

 

I was going for Taylor untill the second round... It was great seeing Pavlik get up and win.

 

I'm certainly not happy cause taylor lost. I think he was a good champoin and a good guy. But I'm happy for kelly. Its his time and he can make some great fights with the guys out there. i'm also happy for the way in which he won. With his wins over taylor and miranda he has proven that he can knockout anyone in the division. Too many times we see guys arrive at the champoinship level with high knockout percentages, which are billed as big punchers and then get proven to be only decent punchers who have faced weak guys. Very rarely do you get world class fighters that can knockout other world class fighters south of heaveywieght.

 

My feelings are EXACTLY the same as yours.:good I am extremely grateful to Pavlik for erasing the stain of the Taylor Fraud from the history of the MW division and ending HBOs unjust seizure of the MW title.

 

The first time I watched that interview it was hard to see. But when I went back and saw it again it didn't seem like taylor was as busted up as i thought he was. He was still pretty F-ing busted up though. I guess cause i was feeling a little bad for him to start with it just seemed worse the first time.
