...would you least like to get into a streetfight with? Firstly, I think some of the 'joke' (Giants) MMA fighters would actually be the toughest and most intimidating in a real situation; Hong Man Choi or even Bob Sapp would probably just crush anyone in a street-fight. But I do reckon I could grab a single-leg take down on Choi or Schilt or one of the 7ft-ers and even things up a bit. So, I think I'd say Mark Hunt - granite head, 270lbs freakish strength and could knock anyone out with either hand - also with his squat build it's more difficult to rush and take him down; an inexperienced Hunt has given some seasoned MMA fighters (including Fedor) hell. SO yeah, I think Mark Hunt would be a total badass on 'the street', what do you guys think?
I'd go with Alex. Em. Also, Mark Hunt was manhandled by Fedor. What you referring to as "hell" was 270lb lard laying on top of Fedor.
Mark Coleman, because if nobody was around to pull him off of you... he may never get off of you. He was a bouncer for a while, up in Columbus, and was an absolute beast. Some morons approached him in a bar one night, and was getting mouthy with him, trying to ruffle his feathers... then one of them spilled a beer on him.. they broke off running for their car, he had to get out from around this round, end table that he was seated at.... ran outside, AND FLIPPED THEIR CAR OVER ONTO IT'S SIDE WITH THE TWO MEN IN IT! He was not a bouncer at that point the way, that was shortly after he entered the UFC for the first time. That story came straight from the Manager of the Night Club to me. The car was only a GEO Prizm... but how ****in' crazy would that be?
:rofl :rofl :rofl Yeah right!!!!! Don't you know Coleman or something? I think you're just terribly biased towards wrestlers :deal No ****ing way Coleman flipped that car over with two men inside!!!!! Don't be silly.
I have trained with Coleman, but that doesn't mean anything. I have trained with several people. I am telling you that when this man flips his switch... you're ****ed. He is an extremely nice guy, but very intense. You would be amazed at how strong this ****er was back in his day. I also think that you are over exaggerating how hard it is to tip a small car, especially for someone like Coleman. Have you ever seen strongman competitions? They regularly flip cars over, that are heavier than a little Geo. There would be no reason for the bar manager to lie to me, as Coleman himself never told me this, as a way to pump himself up. Have you ever seen Coleman when he was in a full on rage? You don't want to be on the other end of that.... trust me.
Imagine some dude runs out of a bar and flips your car over with you and your buddy in it! "Ok buddy, you win the fight" :rofl
Bob Sapp. 6'5 350-380lbs Say what you will about his primitive skills but he is a HUGE guy and its not fat, its all muscle roided up to the max. Unless you have Crocop like power (where you'd need to be a pretty big dude yourself) he would be a ****ing handful for anyone by pure size.
No offense to Silva but the guy is anything but intimidating. He'll **** you up no doubt but not the guy that I'd be scared shitless off. Especially with his high pitched voice...
So you can 'manhandle' someone from the bottom?:think This is Sambo not jiu jitsu - and the street isn't Sambo.. anywaaay, I think we can agree that if arguably the worlds best combat grappler couldn't get the dominant position with Hunt, you or me couldn't
Widow, I can see where you're coming from with Coleman, size and bear-like strength, but I don't think his style of fighting is actually as effective in a real situation as you'de think - that wrestlers base close in up to your opponents face is ****ing dangerous - your face can be bitten, your eyes scrtached etc. (btw this is one of the reasons I think Sambo is the most 'real' grappling art). Guys who can knock you the **** out , and be too strong to be thrown around are the baddest on the street imo
:rofl:rofl:rofl:-( Yeah thats ****ed up like, I know hes a big fan of Michael Jackson so when I first heard him speak I thought that maybe he was trying to do an impression of him as a joke (gods honest truth) :rofl to endear him to American fans, then he kept talking and talking and then it dawned on me..........................."oh"......... "He actually talks like that" :?
