Well, in terms of the past, like say the 90's, it was all about RJJ, Tarver,Hopkins,Wright,Tyson,Holyfield, But at the same time their was Nigel Benn, Chris Eubank, Naseem Hamed, etc..And you cant Forget fighters like El terrible, or the babyfaced assassin. Tito trinidad, Delahoya, Vargas, SSM, mayweather and all? i must have named fighters from at least 3 different countries right there.

USA by a considerable margin. But it's not a slight on other nations or their fighters. The US has the most facilities and most opportunities. Also evidenced by the fact that a fighter isn't generally considered to have been on top unless he's fought in the US. The lists other countries put out there may have quality names on it as well, but the US list will always be longer.

Germany has the top, but Klitschkos are from Ukraine, they are the best heavyweights in the world by far.

there is no nation that dominates.

    ill go by division

    HW: Ukraine

CW: Close, but ill be a little bias and say Poland, we got some good Cruisers lined up in Wlodarczyk, Masternak, and Kolodziej. Sure, the champs are Hungarian, Panama, and Serbia, but they arent dominant champs and could easy lose thier titles. Wlodarczyk (Poland) is next in line for a title shot.

Russians are also packed with Alexeev, Drodz, Lebedev and USA have Cunningham, Ross, and BJ Flores. tight division, no clear winner.

LH: Obviously American. (Dawson, Hopkins, Cloud)

SMW: Tight division, but ill go with the Americans. They got Taylor, Ward,Dirrell and a hot prospect in Jacobs(i know hes a MW, but he has a high ranking in the WBC in the SMW division).

MW: Ill go with the Americans again. Jacobs, Pavlik, Wright and Williams.

JR. Middle: Tough, cause honestly, it all depends on Paul Williams. That guy could probably fight in Heavyweight if he wanted to.... No clear dominator here.

WW: Americans. Mosley, Williams again, Berto, Floyd. These 4 guys alone are capable of beating anyone at welter weight, so it must be the Americans.

Super Light: Americans again. Paulie Mal, Alexander, Bradley, Peterson, Holt.

LW: ill go with the Mexicans due to the fact this division is so nationally tight, and id consider Marquez the best herem so ill go with the Mexicans.

its pretty much the Americans, but you guys clearly have more manpower and quantity than every other country.
