How about Chad Dawson, Tim Bradley, Andre Ward, Devon Alexander, Tavoris Cloud, and all of the Puerto Rican and Cuban fighters based in the U.S.

    Past and present champs

    1. USA (I think its over 300)
    2. Mexico and Mexican Americans (around or over 200 Mexican champs and around 90+ Mexican American champs)
    3. Puerto Rico (50 or so Champs-born on the island or PRs born in US)
    4. Everyone else

the most powerful in boxing of course is USA...i dont care where your from or what you have done but until you have won on american soil and beat some top american boxers you always get questioned!

I mean Las Vegas alone is like a must fight venue for a big time boxing star.

UK most powerfull in world boxing? 28 people said this?

the current crop of British boxers are terrible, the majority of fighters in the UK will fall at euro level, Ryan Rhodes is argubly the best domestic fighter in britian without a world title. the rest are majoritly garbage, when your talking about dominant force in boxing you have to mention at domestic level.
