I would say that there is no one boxer in the whole world who can
beat both Klitchkos right now so Ukraine is #1 in h2h comparison.

US and Mexico is way way way deeper than Ukraine if you want to talk about quantity and quality of world class fighters.
    And a few other countries.

I think if we look at the current crop of fighters throughout the world, Europe has definetely made some serious progression in the last 15-20 years.

In the heavyweight division, Eoropean countries have dominated for the past 10 years.

In Europe there is also a push to advance some aspects of the sport such as open scoring. I also love the way they produce the ring entrances of their fighters and the presentation of the fight.

Europe as a whole, wether it be England, Germany, Ukraine, or any other country in that region, have made considerable progression in the sport.

All roads still lead to the U.S. but that could easily change within the next 20 years. The U.S. needs to work to stay on top because it's not a given anymore.

Nice breakdown, but it seems as if the US can still lay claim. I do think other nations produce quality fighters as well, but not to the same degree of depth that the US does.

You should rephrase that to Ukraine and Lennox Lewis not European Countries, or a few other guys from the former Soviet Union.
