    USA easilly, though it is interesting to think about it one a per capita basis. Thinking like that would have to put Puerto Rico top with the UK also ranked quite highly.

    Jacobs is 160 and he's a step below Golovkin, Korobov, & Pirog, N'jikam too. Jacobs is good but nothing special. He sure as hell won't be atop the middleweight division

    Yeah except the fact that half of Europe (the better half boxing wise) and Cuba couldn't compete against them.

    The thread was about the countries not the regions. U.S is still at the top they have more champions and top fighters than any other county in the world. Mayweather, Mosley, Hopkins, Pavlik, Dawson, Williams, Ward, etc.
    There are a lot of very good European fighters, and I see the sport being dominated by more Eastern Europeans with time but the US still has the best boxers..especially when comparing countries and not regions.
