Messi is widely accepted as better than Ronaldo and soon too be if not already the greatest footballer of all time by almost every football fan, coach, player etc so stop talking out your ass and go rim Ronaldo in the lounge

Looks like the consensus is that britain is the most susceptible to hype.

People here seem to think they slurp up the most HYPE, then go for more the next week

To all the people saying Britain can you please differentiate between England and the rest of the UK

the Celts tend to be a bit more knowledgeable about the fight game than, rather than jumping on the Khan/Haye/Hatton Express

Real madrid have a better squad, just an inferior first 11, Ronaldo is class, hes shown he can do it anywhere, even against the physical sides of the prem.

There was nothing wrong with jumping on the Hatton express, yeah his football following was ridiculous, but the man was a good boxer.

No they don't hype up their fighters at all. Its called supporting their own. They're very realistic about their fighters' abilities but they'll show up and cheer for them anyways. I think this thread smells a little like bitter envy.

Just realised I didn't comment on this.

Yeah we hype our fighters, but everywhere does, we are no where near the worst, just because we show up in numbers to support fighters who are not that good, we do it because there is only a small percentage of us what remotely care about boxing, celebs don't show up to our fights, they aren't expensive so it's easy for anyone who lives anywhere near where a boxing card is to purchase a ticket.

Overall I see america as the worst, The Dirrell Bros are the most skilled fighters ever. Adrian Broner is going to beat everyone, get bitched by Ponce, Seth Mitchell the new Mike Tyson? please.

And, yet again, only Brits can 'rationalize' like this. It's the Yanks fault! lmfao. Brit-hype is unequalled.
