Which of Boxrec's '5-star' bouts are you most looking forward to?

Lol. Cotto isn't the real MW champion. The guy couldn't beat Austin trout. He is not an ATG. He didn't beat Martinez. His only win at MW is Geale. Cotto's late career is more fraudulent than Prima Carnero's.

He beat a man with no KNEES. He was clearly incapacitated. He wouldn't have been able to be a in special olympics with those knees. If you don't think this you are lying to yourself and have an agenda to promote cotto. Him and Dibella probably are saying he was 100% for fear that they would get in trouble for lying to the athletic commission.. I don't think NYSAC would have OK'd that fight if they had known about the true condition of his knees. (I mean cmon they KNEW it was an issue, why else would they make him wear long goofy trunks to hide it)

 

Cotto-Alvarez and Wlad-Fury

 

1. Cotto v Canelo - for obvious reasons
2. Klitschko v Fury - Fury might cause an old Wlad some problems and his personality, you never know what you gonna get with Fury
3. Lemieux v Golovkin - I love Lemieux, however this is a complete mismatch he has a punchers chance, but it will be entertaining while it lasts
4. Malignaggi v Garcia - Think this might be one of the most boring fights, but hopefully Malignaggi upsets Danny "Gift" Garcia.
5. Matthyse v Posbol - I have no idea who that boxer is.

 

I can't believe Fury/Waldo has that many votes. Must be all Brits. Waldo's fights are bound to put anyone to sleep. Just jab-and-grab affairs. He'll probably KO the glass jawed gypsy. Canelo/Cotto gets my vote. A good combination of skill and excitement.

Can't believe there's not a lot of love for the matthysse and postol fight ... I voted GGG vs lem fight but wouldn't be surprised if the Lucas fight is the pick of the bunch

Fury vs wlad is the most intriguing to me as I really do not know what to expect ... Everything in my head says wlad jus blows through and knocks him out in 4 but Tyson jus seems so confident about it all... I've been sold by him haha

Canelo vs cotto is obviously the ''mega fight"

 

I am surprised that Golovkin vs Lemieux is only #3.

Cotto has no chance vs Alvarez, and while with Wladimir's glass jaw there is a chance for Fury, Fury's jaw is not granite either.

My choice was Golovkin vs Lemieux (whom deserves respect for taking this fight even if he only does it because it is the highest paying option for him)
If I had to choose my 2nd best choice off this 5 fights list, Wladimir vs Fury would be it.

 

Just goes to show that box_rec has become a bit of a joke.
