True, he did that by getting a pretty dodgy one against Maciel and beating nobody else of note other than a dodgy win over a shot to bits Alcine. That mandatory had more to do with Hearn than it did did Rose's "work".

Wins over British level fighters, a shot Alcine and a poor decision against Maciel shouldn't be rewarded with a mandatory shot. Hearn did the guy good, but he's never scored a legitimate world level win.

Hearn may not have negotiated a voluntary but he sure as hell called in a few favours with the WBO.
