Tucker and Douglas were sparring partners before they fought.

I give Tokyo Douglas a great chance of victory against Liston who would be giving up weight, reach, height and natural athleticism/talent. Douglas jab would be key here - it was fast, hard and he doubled (and on occasion tripled) it up. Plus Buster's footwork was superb

Berbick may last a few rounds but i think Sonny gets to him around 8 rounds or so

Pretty darn well based on the two Williams fights.

As has been mentioned depends if the 80s guys bring their A game. If they do then many of them were actually excellent fighters, and if they stayed off the coke and junk food then Tubbs, Tucker, Witherspoon, Page, Thomas and the Dokes of the Holyfield fight could trouble him with their skills. I think he takes Bonecrusher, Weaver, Berbick, Bruno and Buster (on any other night other than Tokyo!).

However any of these fights depend on if we are talking peak Sonny and peak 80s guy. Sonny had a really good run of top form while the Lost Generation were only sporadically firing on all cylinders. For example even though Witherspoon is maybe the best of the bunch the Tim of the Bonecrusher fight would also lose KO1 Sonny.

Most of the 80s guys were so up and down from big fight to big fight I could see Liston obliterating all of them or having tough nights with all of them.

What about the Jabber, Boxer, Carl the Truth Williams,

there was a period where he was defo a Title Prospect & Hopeful, a lovely boxer and great competitor, was he 'tough enough' for Liston.

Williams was always good PPV Box Office.
