The lottery punch being defined as one big bow that leads to either a 10 count or a TKO as soon as hie rises on unsteady legs.

    Corrie Sanders
    Michael Moorer
    Ernie Shavers

It's a phrase Lennox Lewis used. An excuse like saying which essentially means he got very lucky. Anyone at heavyweight can get caught once, though I believe lots of guys would have beaten the count and fought another round. Some guys would not even be floored.

But how many people get hit with a lottery punch twice? That suggests susceptibility to lose based on one punch.

Any guy that steps in a ring can be ko d .Doesn't make them any less a great fighter. Lewis got caught twice ,unfortunate for him ,but he proved his greatness by coming back ,beating the other guys conclusively.
As for who'd get the ko listed ,I'd say Shavers .If he could drop Holmes he could drop anyone if he hit the button right
But in a rematch he's getting slaughtered!

Lewis was stopped twice by two guys weighing respectively
    238lbs and 231.75lbs.
I'd venture to suggest nearly every heavyweight would have gone down from those two right hands.
An old ,ill prepared Lewis took Vitali's shots without hitting the deck.

All three could but I still would favor Lewis. Sanders was a massive puncher and a pretty skilled guy as well. Moorer could bang but was not in Sanders ballpark when it came to raw power. Moorer was a good combination puncher though and I could see him having some success against Lewis but I do think Lewis would win. Shavers obviously was a hell of puncher but was not great defensively.

All in all I would say Sanders would have the best chance against Lewis.

I got Sanders. That long left was a ko blow with sniper precision. I don't think Shavers could get near Lewis if he opted to jab, whereas Sanders could, only my opinion though mate..Hope your good Fergy ;)

Rachman wasn't a great champ, but his right hand connecting properly is a monster shot that could rival anyone's in history in terms of power

The Sniper had the size and hand speed to ko any HW earlier . With 26 of 31 ko coming in within the first 2 rds.

You think every heavyweight would have gone down from those two shot? No way. I can see quite a few guys just being staggered from McCall's short right hand.

Lewis wasn't ill-prepared, he was scheduled to go 12 with Kirk Johnson Vitali Klitschko was the sub in. To quote Lewis, he was well prepared and had tall sparring partners. Lennox was older but a year before he had one of his best performances vs Rhaman in the re-match, so how much he slipped is debatable and to be honest of a lot of looking bad had to do with Vitali's style. Lewis himself said he was hart to hit. Rhaman, by contrast, was more stationary with less defense.

Should I add Bowe to his poll?

    Sanders.

He had the speed, the accuracy and the power in his long left to spark most fighters out, and he knew it. Plenty of guys ate the first counter and he never let them recover. Here's a classic:

Lewis was off balance when caught in both his losses, leaning forward into the punch vs mccall and with his feet together while bouncing off the ropes vs Rahman. Anybody would be knocked out in that position with no base of support.

I'm OK there AV ,me old mucker .
Well your right about Sanders ,he could certainly crack as he showed us with Wlad .If Lennox did face any of those mentioned odds are he'd beat em but if he did get caught KO'd he'd turn it around in a rematch .When Lewis wanted to prove a point he's at his most dangerous .
