Sanders lacks stamina and is a 1 trick pony. Lewis would simply smother him and wear hin down or circle to the right and set up a big uppercut or right hand leads to counter sanders style. Speed is the only real issue but lewis can mitigate that with his height and movement. Lennox by tko round 9.

Moore would be tricky the first few rounds but once lennox realizes he can hurt Moore, he would pounce on him and frustrate him with a big shot, then back off and wait for him to make a mistake and punish him. He breaks down moore in 5-6 rounds .

Shavers would be the hardest to deal with. His best punch is a big overhand right, the punch lennox was the most susceptible to. The Shavers of the Williams/ali/Norton/holmes series of bouts was the best version and paced himself very well with a good jab, high guard, and great timing. Lennox would have his hands full and would be very gushy if allowed to view tapes of shavers.

Best case scenario is Lennox survives a scary knockdown in the 5th then clings and smothers until he recovers and fights an extremely cautious fight operating behind his jab to win a lopsided SD or late round tko. Could lennox bomb him out early like he did golota or Briggs? Absolutely, but unlike holmes or Ali Lennox wouldnt have the confidence to grit his teeth and tough it out if he gets badly hurt...and im not confident lennox would be able to get to his feet in the first place. Its such a horrible matchup on paper and a prime shavers was way better than McCall imo. When shavers was on the attack it was like a game of chicken and he never backed down from a challenge. Too big of a puncher and a style advantage to just dismiss him despite the difference in class and skill. Unlike tua he would be relentlessly throwing bazooka bombs with either hand every single round whenever he sees an opening.

While what you said is true, he hit hard enough to stop Lewis. With Lewis, his ego could be as big as a handicap a his chin.

Something tells me he's taking Sanders and Shavers seriously, but might over look Moorer a bit giving him his chance.

    I too pick Sanders.

Sanders. With a good trainer and right frame of mind he could of been a long lasting champ. He had oodles of talent.
    Then Moorer
    Then shavers

If Shavers caught Lewis with what he caught Holmes with, Lewis would have taken a 10 count

Wlad for one. He fought plenty of them and had the right hand to drop them on the seat of their pants.

I don't think he enjoyed his two round blowout loss to southpaw Sanders. You could say he was demolished by the best southpaw he fought.

I think Lewis probably would've fought Sanders in South Africa if Sanders had beaten Rahman.

I absolutely believe that Lewis would have. I wonder if he hadn't expected Sanders to beat Rahman and that's why he'd been giving a clash with Sanders some thought. Unfortunately Rahman was in do-or-die form against Sanders who had come off a somewhat bad camp, and all credit to Hasim, he walked through fire for the win. What a fight that was and I was very impressed by Rahman for beating Sanders and Lewis back to back by KO no less.

Lol who did Sanders knock out besides Wlad? There is no way Sanders is knocking out guys like Foreman, McCall, Tua, ect.

Go to 7:35 Foreman getting hit 2 times by Morrison hooks and seem completely unfazed, 7:52 Morrison hit Foreman with a right hand and he seem unconcerned, 8:12 Morrison caught Foreman with a massive right hand while Foreman was throwing a punch. Foreman again seemed unfazed. So the punches that McCall and Rahman landed to stop Lewis wouldn't of hurt Foreman and others.

Shavers was knocked out by Jerry Quarry, Tua is a far better fighter, had a better chin and had just as good of a punch if not better. What did Lewis do against Tua. Lewis would destroy Shavers unless he just lucky and caught Lewis.

Corrie Sanders got destroyed knocked out by Natt Tubbs in the second round. If Lewis decided to jump on Sanders early he would knock him out early.

Michael Moorer did get knock out by Tua early. According to people around him he developed a alcohol problem after he lost to Foreman. A prime Moorer before the Foreman fight could give Lewis some trouble but would probably lose.

Each of these guys could get lucky and land something big on Lewis and stop him because Lewis chin wasn't all that great. But most likely none of them would last long enough to land anything big on him.

Lewis was " lottery punched " in 2 and 5 rounds. Stamina or lack their of was not the issue. Sanders can go 12 and would be in shape for Lewis. The Sanders who fought Rhaman had a leg injury that prevented road work, as a result, his stamina was below par in that fight.
