Some of the fighters on the 2019 ballot for the IBHOF:

    Donald CURRY (34-6, 25 KOs)
    Genaro HERNANDEZ (38-2-1, 17 KOs)
    Fernando VARGAS (26-5, 22 KOs)
    Meldrick TAYLOR (38-8-1, 20 KOs)
    Sven OTTKE (34-0, 6 KOs)
    Michael MOORER (52-4-1, 40 KOs)
    Dariusz MICHALCZEWSKI (48-2, 38 KOs)
    Rafael MARQUEZ (41-9, 37 KOs)
    Julian JACKSON (55-6, 49 KOs)
    Ricky HATTON (45-3, 32 KOs)

    Who deserves to get in?
Who is underrated and so will probably be overlooked?

Always amazes me that Michael Moorer was the first southpaw heavyweight world champ.

Not sure that alone qualifies him for the Hall but it’s a freaky stat.

Honestly...maybe Marquez ,that’s it. And there are some fighters inducted that don’t really belong.

Its going to be a weak year. Do you have the full ballot?

Maybe Curry and Michalczewski will make it.

I hope Dariusz Michalczewski gets in, but he probably won't.

He unified the light heavyweight titles, then was stripped for no good reason. He moved up to cruiserweight and won a title. He defeated someone who managed to get voted in: Virgil Hill.

Agreed. Not sure I’d put him in either but he is a two weight world champ, no? And has a win over Real Deal.

He was a small heavy. More a cruiser really. I think he’s a decent boxer but others more deserving of the IBHOF spot.

He was a good fighter, but not quite IBHOF qualified. There are lots of boxers who had belts in two weight divisions and never made it in.

However, undisputed or linear champs in two weight divisions (like Calzaghe was) generally do deserve to be admitted.

Michael moorer lhw champ 3 time hw champ.

Mihailzewsky was long time lhw champion and in fact linear champion untill beaten in marciano record tieing fight. Also was cw champion dont remember if he was...

Ottke unbeaten 20 title defences unified 2 belts. On paper should get in but i believe he should have lost to reid who was former champ.

Nearly all of them belong to hof. Some of them because they were insanely good, as genaro, others just because hall of fame is not for the best ever, but for famous guys, like fernado vargas, maybe ottke (as much as I dislike him).

I dont know why you people use to think that to be a HOFer you need to be p4p material, when rocky balboa is a HOFer... :copas:
