I only dare vote for Wlad

Kinda nice to say that actually, for those who said boxing was dying, suck it.

Hard to see anyone other than Wlad ever being the Lineal champ until he calls it a day

Dawson and Ward are pretty much nailed on to reign for the next 2 - 3 years (in Wards case another 5-6) at 68 and 75

Martinez for now will be the lineal champ for the next 12 months

Garcia will lose his title at some point and Igarashi will go up i imagine in the next year maybe less, id of thought after Narvaez tbh, and he's in a STACKED division

There's too much politics around the RM Title nowadays which is a shame because it can stand as the definitive title amongst the **** and squaller that is the boxing bodies / organisations

No ones gonna touch Ward, he's getting better all the time, he's gonna be a real handful in the next 3-4 years for everyone from 68-75

My thoughts-

Wladimir- Definatley stays champion. I don't give Wach much of a chance and the field is thin at heavyweight, he's not going to fight Vitali and I don't see anyone else giving him a fight.

Hernandez- Has a fight against Troy Ross in Sept, which is by no means a given (Ross gave Cunningham some trouble not long back), the biggest threats to him at Cruiserweight in my opinion are Lebedev who looks like he will be challenging Guillermo Jones for the WBA title so will probably be out of the picture, and Rakhim Chakhkiev, which is a fight I don't see coming off. He's more likely to face the likes of Pawel Kolodzjei and Alexander Alexeev. Fights in which I'd favour him- Stays as champ

Dawson- I don't see any current light heavyweight beating him, but if he loses to Ward, he might play the "I was drained at 168 card" and have a rematch at 175, in which case he would lose again. If it is a snooze fest though their might not be much demand for a rematch. However due to the lack of competition for Ward at Super Middleweight (he's already beaten Froch, who's top of the division other than him). I think that might well happen so I'm gonna say Dawson loses the belt to Ward

Ward- As I stated above I don't see anyone at Super Middle beating Ward, including Dawson. I think the main chance of him losing it will be if he moves up in weight to vacate it. However I think a year from now, The Ring will still allow him to keep the belt, even if his final defense is against Dawson. Stays as champion

Martinez- I think he beats Chavez Jr on the 15th. If it's in any way close Chavez will probably get a rematch, which I believe will be the same result. Looking at the people who could beat him- I think Ward is too big to move down to 160, if a fight with Mayweather is made is likely to be 154 (or below) so not for the belt. Of the current middleweights Golovkin would stand the best chance, but I don't think he will become marketable enough in the next year to see it as a risk worth taking for Sergio. Stays champion

Garcia- Interesting one. I think he beats Morales in the rematch, but is definaty I see a few junior welterweights as being able to beat him- namely Marquez and Matthysee. I also think if Khan focuses on his boxing in a rematch, he could also beat him. The question here is how much of a risk is Garcia going to take? The rematch with Morales would indicate not a lot, but I think the money is with the fighters can beat him so I say he loses the title

Igarashi- Another beatable champ, should see of his first defense against Naravez, and Jaro is trying to get a rematch and Igarashi should beat him again. I think the Viliora- Marquez winner beats him, but I can;t see that fight being made. I think Sosa is his compulsory after the fight which I see as a 50-50 fight. I'm going to say stays champ without a great deal of conviction.

Wlad and Ward. Wlad doesn't have any competition, Ward has already beaten all of his, save Bute. Unless Dawson pulls off the upset and stays at 168, I don't see Ward getting knocked off for a long time.

I think the only way Ward loses his title is if he moves up to 175 and vacates it. I hope he does, because he's no real challenge left at 175, unless Martinez moves up, also then Froch and Bute can rematch for the vacant title :bbb

Interesting that out of the 9 voters already, nobody thinks Garcia can hold onto the title for a year. :think

Garcia is a good fighter, but that division is very deep. I will not be surprised if he still has the title one year from now, nor will I be surprised if he loses.

The question is "will" not "can".

I think there's a very good chance Ward goes undefeated for the next 3-4 years, at 168 then up to 175 , if he vacates the title at 168 somewhere down the line i imagine he'll win it at 175, by then he'll be a superstar anyway and titles will probably be somewhat irrelevant for him

Judah, Matthyse, Bam Bam, Abril, Bradley, Guerrero - all guys very capable of beating Danny Garcia IMO

I always use to think that Ismayl Sillakh would be the one to beat Ward eventually but obviously I overrated him. If someone told me that Ward would be beaten in the next 2-3 years, the only person I could see doing it, is Gennady Golovkin, but again we haven't seen him in there with top level opposition yet.

The main question is- will Garcia fight those guys? I honestly think -and I'm probably going to get a lot of stick on here for saying this- Amir Khan will dethrone him in a rematch. I don't think even Khan is stupid enough to make the same mistakes, he wants a rematch, Garcia will be confident, and it will make money, so I see it happening with Khan winning a UD.

14. well Dawson keeps his belts win or lose. because hes fighting @ 168
