Which of The Ring's top 10 Super Middleweights do you think Martin Murray could beat?

he isn't an easy fight for any top 10 SMW because of his defensive style

 

Murray could be a good opponent for Cotto/Canelo/Lara at 160. Much better than Paul Smith for sure. I suspect he won't go beyond journeyman at 168.

GG's weakness is his chin. His boxing skills are top 3 for me in this division. Has MM got power at 168lbs to score a knock-out? I don't think he does.

I've never seen him fight but just looked at his stats! He's tall and seems to have knock-out power. I'd favour the unknown quantity over an untested one at this weight.

Stieglitz is a decent SMW. Murray can't just move up and easily beat a top 10.

Murrays a tough solid guy but he does nothing better than Dirrell who has an elite skillset. Its a mismatch

 

:huh That fight was practically a shutout, Edwards landed a big shot in the last round and hurt him, it happens. Murray wouldn't even have a punchers chance like Edwards did. He'd get schooled and most likely stopped.

 

I wouldn't even be confident of Murray beating Edwards. He's still an unknown quantity at SMW. Remember this is a guy who went life and death with Khomitsky twice. I have respect for Murray he's a tough dude but he's no way near the level of an Andre Dirrell type guy
