Guys, I really like Andrade and really dislike Dirrell, but that is a horrible fight for Librado. Almost as bad as Ward, Kessler or Abraham. It would be target practice for all four. Dirrell might even stop him faster than someone like Arthur with body work (Librado's Achilles' heel as we've learned).

Froch is 50-50 (basically a battle of attrition until somebody gets stopped), and Andrade is a big favorite to K Green TFO.

I am always shocked about the level of respect Carl Froch gets around here. He has done nothing but go after top fights recently, and he has won the lot - yet people still see him as a very crude fighter and out of his depth against most name SWMs.

Andrade is top ten and Froch would be 50-50 with him.

    That's hardly disrespectful. :huh

Froch is dangerous. But he is crude.

I don't think Dirrell would stop Andrade. It's easier to stun Froch than to stun Andrade - he just keeps coming. I think you're unfair to Andrade (and Bute) when you say Andrade cannot take a body-shot. I am not sure whether anyone 175 lbs and under would have beaten the count on THAT bodyshot...

Let's not forget it's not that easy to get within range AND have the time/opportunity to set up that kind of bodyshot against Andrade...

Yeah, but love him or hate him (latter for me, personally :yep) - you have to hand the quickness to Dirrell. He's quicker than Bute, and could get in, get off, and get out with regularity on a plodder like Andrade (of whom I'm a big fan).

Yeah, a bit faster, getting in and out (mostly out and away)... but also less effective, because he doesn't keep distance as well as Bute does, doesn't set the pace as well and doesn't time shots as well. Bute's footwork is also better.

I like Dirrell as a prospect, despite his ugly performance last time around.

But I don't think he would have done as well against Andrade as Bute did. To beat Andrade, you have to hit him a lot, hard... not just run away from him.

Dirrell would comfortably outbox Andrade from the outside. Dirrell is faster then Bute, with a 5 inch longer reach. He'd be able to tee off on Andrade at will from a safe distance.

    Possible late stoppage for Dirrell.

Froch, Green, Abraham, Dirrell, and the version of Kessler that fought that fanatical religious hypocrite Billy Goat. He might not beat any of them, but on the other hand, he'd always have a chance.
