For me it's Hagler-Hearns. I just pop it in at halftime of a Bears game before the second half starts

I've watched Robinson-LaMotta VI more than all the other fights on that list combined I'd say. FOTC would be second.

    A fine choice.

"You in the wrong place tonight."

Can you remember, before the start of which round it was, that Frazier laughed at him and pointed to the middle of the ring? Don't go looking if you can't, it's not important, I was just thinking about it.

Yeah, that was in response to Ali saying "Boy, don't you know I'm God?"

Frazier replied "God you in the wrong place tonight!" One of the rare moments, Frazier got the better of him in a game of wits.

My favorite part of the fight is when Ali was laying on the ropes, trying to get a break, and perhaps his first attempt at the rope-a-dope, and Frazier just manhandles him off the ropes and throws him back to the center of the ring.
    The 6th.

Reminds me of Lyle denying Ali the chance to use the rope-a-dope during their match, and him telling him to come to the center. Obviously, he still lost, but it was still a real cool moment from King Kong.

Despite its length, the Fight of the Century is my answer. Not only is Frazier my all-time favourite fighter, but it’s an insanely thrilling battle. This isn’t the popular view but IMO just from an entertainment perspective, I think it’s a better watch than the Thrilla in Manila. Both men had degraded enough by that time to make it close & exciting, but the speed & precision of their 1971 incarnations makes for an even more thrilling watch IMO. In Manila it was pure guts & will, but in the FOTC you had that in spades already, plus sharper reflexes & skill on display.

    Hi Buddy.
Good choice, with SRR, my most watched fight of his would be Basilio 1 , not one for fantasy matchups, that said, LaMotta- Basilio would be interesting ?
