Which of these 2 would be the biggest surprize amongst hardcore fans ?

JMM beating Mayweather would be a bigger shock I suppose. After the first round of the Pacman vs Oscar fight you could see that it was gonna get ugly. DLH's feet were toooooooo slow to catch up to pac and DLH had no chance. Pacman ONLY had the hand and footspeed advantage going in against DLH. JMM has no advantages besides being active. So JMM would be a bigger upset.

Well, consider the odds for each fight.

DLH -165
Pacman +120

PBF -400
JMM +400

I was shocked at the DLH odds going into the fight but i guess these odds makers knew what they were doing. So from that aspect, the JMM win is much more impressive but i think most experts did pick DLH to win despite the odds going in.

Personally, i would lean a bit towards JMM considering the opponent.

I was super shocked not only that De la Hoya lost - but how he lost.

I think I'll be shocked even more if JMM pulls this one out. I'll even be surprised if he makes it to the 12th round.

 

about equal. I thought Oscar would edge out a close UD against Pac and I think PBF will do the same against JMM.

What was shocking was the way Pac beat Oscar. Won every round and stopped him. If JMM does that to PBF I will be ****ing incredibly impressed

 

I think Marquez would be the bigger shock. Not only will I be shocked if he wins, I'll be shocked if this fight is even competitive.

 

i would be more surprised if jmm stops floyd. the size alone would make it hard while floyds style alone would make this almost impossible. that said, i was really surprised on how pac made oscar quit coming from 2 divisions down.
