Garcia's a joke who's blown through any goodwill he ever had, but the idea that he or Broner actually turned down legitimate offers for the Pacquiao fight is silly. Jacobs. He hasn't done sh.it. and people still see him as this big bad monster whom GGG is avoiding. Only name he has fought is Quillin and Quillin too didn't fight any credible MW's either. By now Jacobs could have fought GGG since he is his mandatory. Push for a fight with Saunders (another one that is wasting his time) or at least fight any of the Top 10 MW'S.
