That's the closest one to competitve out of those 3 imo.

 

I think you should broaden your question a little bit more, are you asking what is the most competitive at this particular moment?...or what is the most competitive fight, regardless of their current form/situation?

But honestly, I feel Mayorga is gonna be more competitve with Cotto (win 2 maybe 3 rounds competitive), than Shane will be with Pacquaio, and probably Morales against Marquez as well.
