Couldn't it be argued that Lacy over-achieved?

Camacho and Lacy weren't that good to start with, and Bojado had some skill but didn't seem to have the ambition. Judah is quite skillful, but is destined to lose to every top fighter he faces. The fact that Judah was a 3 time champ, yet still managed to lose to nearly every good opponent he faced really says something.

Bojado definitely. He had a lot of talent, but he was lazy as hell. As soon as he got his big signing bonus, he became a different person.

Zab Judah was a world champ so I dont know why people consider that underachievement.

It's Bajado. A much heraled amatuer, as a pro he lost to a journeyman and a washed up former beltholder fighting 2 divisions above his best.
Lacy and Judah at least became beltholders and earned high profile fights.
Comacho Jr. hasn't done much, but he wasn't as ballyhooed as was Bajado.
