Based on what they have done SO FAR far in their careers.

Choose as many options as you like.

I've not included boxers who are sure to go into the HOF like Hopkins, W Klitschko and Mayweather.

Dont bet on Wlad K ever seeing the hall of fame. If he suffers another loss or never fights a live body again its all over for him.

 Wlad is a lock for first ballot HOF induction even if he lost his next 5 fights.

    Locks:
    Roy
    Toney
    Vitali
    Mosley

Frankly, I just don't see the HOF excluding Mosley, Roy, and Toney even with the PED issues.

The Klitschkos are the only brothers to ever be Heavyweight champs in boxing history, as well as symbolizing the power shift of heavyweight boxing. Vitali is an absolute lock to make it.

Cotto's a toss-up, but I'd lean towards no. He'll probably get in anyways. Froch would need to defeat Ward in a rematch or notch 2-3 more very good to great wins, but he's not there yet. Haye would need to beat both Klitschko's and defend a few times.

The rest of them, I just don't see the argument, but one might sneak in anyways.

I included him because some people think no one who was caught using PEDs should get in. And he's had seven humiliating losses.

No he's not a lock. You think you can fight bums off the street and make the HOF?

Based on what? He had his brother help him stay on top. No other fighter had that privilege. Consessions wont be made for him.

The top 5 in the poll. Toney, Cotto, Jones, Vitali, and Mosley. I think those are pretty sure fire bets. I'd be beyond shocked if they didn't get in.
