Not a ****ing chance would the Klitschko's murder Bruno.
What do you base that on? Neither of the Klitschko's is a wrecking machine ala Tyson, who quickness was Bruno's undoing.
Wladimirs only real weapon until late in the fight is his jab, Bruno had as good a jab AT LEAST, as either Klitschko, carried heavy power, and Id imagine was stronger than either.
Lennox Lewis couldnt estblish his jab v Bruno, and he toughed it out with Oliver McCall, who would have annihalated Wlad in my opinion and also, in my opinion, quite possibly have beaten Vitali.
Bruno could also really box, check out hiis fight with Witherspoon.
Bruno's problems were stamina related, and bot knowing what to do when badly hurt.
If he'd a top trainer earlier, might have been an even better career.

Both brothers MAY beat Bruno, but he is a difficult fight for either.

Mason, Williams and possibly London, the rest beat him, Hide is close, Cooper slaughters him.

BodyBlaster; I wouldn't say the Spoon fight is a great example of Bruno's ability

I also disagree strongly that McCall would get anywhere near Wlad.

Picking him to beat Bruno is quite a shout IMO.

  5. The only thing McCall has that could bother Wlad is stamina - unless Wlad gasses out he's not going to win this fight.

Wlad is very good at controlling his opponent, McCall was never the smartest fighter and often went to sleep for long spells.....

Bruno vs the Klits would be good fights. He'd most likely lose to both but would be right in the hunt. It's not beyond the realms of possibility that he lays Wlad out early - he had a good enough jab to be able to work his way in and land shots, in a way that no opponent of his has ever looked capable of doing without simply bumrushing in.

Bruno would be the best HW Wlad has faced and the best not named Lennox that Vitali has faced.

I said World Champ........I didn't say 'Fleaman's personal opinion' of what the title World Champion means.

I agree that only the best in every divion deserves to be called World Champ but thats not how it works in the world we are living in right now.

Having watchd many of Franks fights live on TV I am a bit mistified by this incredibble fighter Frank Bruno that people are describing. To quote an arsehole I know "rose tinted glasses" comes to mind.

Frank was very limited and not that good.

The Klitschkos would systematical take Frank apart. Vitali is knocking on the door of the ATG Top 20 HW list. Bruno wouldn't make the Top 200 HW's of all time.

Haye was limited and not that good.

Works both ways. I've watched a lot of Haye, from his early fights on the BBC, and this mad notion you have of him being any good and having a 'variety of punches' is absurd. He simply isn't/wasn't very good. Frank wasn't great, no ones saying that, but Haye is the pits.

[DM][/DM]Vitali is nowhere near the top 20 HWs of all time :-( Greatness also has no bearing on how a fight would go down. Styles make fights, not reputations.

  12.

Haye is/was as one-dimensional and technically abysmal as any ''champion'' in recent times.

He couldn't box, he couldn't fight, just a slugger/gunslinger - pure and simple.

When he was in range he was easy to hit, he couldn't set up attacks properly.... he'd draw the lead from the opponent and throw a mighty right hook over the top.

Rinse and repeat x1000, until the opponent falls to the floor.

Frank was a bit robotic and muscle bound but at least had a bit of technical skill. A solid jab, a nice (if slow) right hand and a good left hook, either thrown off the jab or as part of a combo.

Look at this shite here, pawing with a jab, then climbing all over Audley like a ****** (no Lee Mc) throwing sloppy right hooks until the inevitable happens.

Now this.... like watching Tommy Hearns :hey

Again puely your opinion. I am happy to say that Vitali will be judged by time as a fighter knocking on the door of the Top 20. The ATG heavyweight list isn't overly deep with talent. Look at the long period of time Vitali will have been at the top. Fair enough its a shite era but thats not that unusual for the HW division.

 He only beat Mormeck, Enzo, Valuev and AUDLEY HARRISON in world title fights. Bruno's win over McCall is better than any of them wins IMO.
