Of the following fighters coming from devastating losses not too long ago who is more likely to accomplish more from here on out. Please keep in mind age, proven talent, and boxing politics.

    Williams
    Jacobs
    Pavlik
    Chambers
    Margarito
    Abraham
    Katsidas
    Clottey
    R.Marquez

    Jacobs or Katsidis for me.

Clottey and Williams just behind them, depending on what weight both guys come back at.

He's called Katsidis. I wonder why does everyone keep calling him Katsidas, it doesn't even sound better.

jacobs is done, his chin is made of glass, he's an average boxer who's pretending to be slick. he'll never get beyond the level of beating tomato cans

in terms of winning fights, i'd favor clottey. i can't see anyone in the welterweight division who could beat him aside from manny or floyd. i'd favor him to beat berto. though he's gonna have to suck up to arum to get fights now

That is a list of damaged goods and expired shelf lives. But Williams is the least tarnished of all of them, and could possibly come back, but below 160.

Katsidis, he'll always get chances due to being fan friendly.
Jacobs will never be true world level
    Pavlik has bigger problems
Chambers, if he goes down to Cruiser, could be special
Margo isn't the monster he once was
Abraham isn't big enough for 168
Clottey is too dull to ever be a star
Rafa won't bounce very high, too many wars

With a decent matchmaker, and of course being clean Pavlik can get back to the top assuming Ward / Dirrell / Bute / Froch move up to Light Heavy and he campaigns at SMW.

AA and Williams are winnable even if at a catch weight but there is nothing in the SMW excluding the above a focused Pavlik need worry about. (Degale maybe in a few years).

    I hope he does well.

I see the legend kicking ass for a few years yet. Rafa!!

He looked good in the JML fight.
I think had his shoulder not been injured he stops JML. He fought him on even terms with the left hand mostly and thats not even his good hand.

I cant wait for a rematch...

I would say chambers but of everyone he is the least likely to win a belt.

I say marquez because I feel he is the best in any division in and around his weight.

I'll say Jacobs. He's really young, and in fairness to him, he lost to a really good fighter.

I picked Jacobs. I know Williams will bounce back, but I doubt he would go on to bigger and better things. Jacobs hasn't peak yet.
