yes because he's undefeated and never come close to losing at 140 and the ring champ, belt holder at 2 weights, and made a 140 legend and p4p #3 quit and ko'd castillo who'd never been down before.

but before every fight of his, loads of people on here predict a hatton loss, just like you did against paulie but goes on to win, and yet you think he's overrated? he's underrated if anything.

He is a former undisputed Champion. At what, 26, 27?

Its a helluva lot more than most have done.

To be fair, all of them are proven.

Calzaghe, well, goes without saying. Easily the best fighter North of Welter.

Hatton. 2 weight world champ, has beaten Tzsyu, Castillo, rules 140, a 140 pound great, held a welter belt.

Haye is the least proven, yet in his short career has achieved far more than Calzaghe or Hatton had. He is a former Undisputed Champion. Took Calzaghe nearly 15 years.

None of these guys are hypejobs. All are proven world class operators.

Im pretty sure Castillo has been knocked down before fighting Hatton, :huh when he got KO'd by Corrales possibly? Or maybe he got knocked down in one of the other 4 fights he was KO'd in before the Hatton fight. A prime Castillo takes a prime Hatton any day.

Other than that i agree with you, Hatton has earned his status at 140 and is not that overrated compared to the other two

no, before he fought hatton, castillo had never been down before let alone ko'd, his only stoppages were tko's/cuts on his feet i believe.

someone can correct me if i'm wrong but i'm pretty sure this is correct.

alright, corrales didn't technically knock castillo "down", but if it wasnt for tony weeks holding him up on the ropes he would have went down. castillo was out. i would consider that just as good as a knockdown or a KO. TKO's or KO's, either way they are stoppages, either way he couldnt continue the fight.
