I think Canelo and Cotto will outsell it easily, Mexico Vs. Puerto Rico is always a n easy sell, especially since the Puerto Ricans have renewed faith in Cotta and will actually believe he can win. And Mexicans love seeing Puerto Ricans beaten down especially Cotto because of the Cotto-Margarito rivalry.

If I was in the US, I'd have likely bought Cotto-Canelo and Golovkin-Lemieux.

Cotto-Canelo has a good rivalry story and it looks like a competitive 50/50 fight on paper. Plus a possibility of a little feeling of joy if Canelo manages to KO Cotto into retirement.

Golovkin-Lemieux should be an action packed fight for a couple of rounds until one guy (80% Lemieux) gets knocked out. It is also an important fight for the landscape of the middleweight division (one of my favorite divisions) so there we go.

Likely wouldn't watch Mayweather-Berto (obviously won't watch it from EU timezone), much less buy it. I barely know who Berto is and hardly anything about this fight seems interesting to me. If the opponent was Brook, Khan, Thurman, Lara (154), Andrade (154) or someone like that, then I'd perhaps switch my mind.

If I was going to buy 1, and only 1, that's the only 1 of the 3 that isn't a total mismatch as I see it.

Mayweather-Berto- Main event is a mismatch and would have been a better fit for free on CBS like was being mentioned. Martinez-Salido 2 is a good fight and Jack-Groves isn't bad but they don't do enough to make this a ppv I'd buy. Unless they're saving the best for last when they announce the fourth fight and make it a top level fight I'll pass on this one.

Golovkin-Lemieux- Main event isn't a mismatch but Golovkin is too big of a favorite for this to be a ppv main event but atleast it should be a fun fight while it lasts. The other 2 fights being mentioned look good though and when you put all the fights together and a decent enough price this is a nice enough card to order.

Cotto-Alvarez- I don't know any of the undercard fights but the main event is a true ppv worthy fight. 2 big stars, evenly matched, fighting for the middleweight title(catchweight does sour that a bit). With even a respectable undercard it would be the best of the three. If they go the old Top Rank way of undercards and put on **** it would slide behind Golovkin's but still be a better overall card then the Mayweather one just off the main event alone.

    So I'd say:

    Cotto-Alvarez yes
    Golovkin-Lemieux yes
Mayweather-Berto no barring a high quality fourth fight

Uhmm, yes. It's the textbook definition of a mismatch. In one corner you have an elite talent, in the other, a mediocre power puncher.

    Mismatch!

That might actually wind up being a better fight than any of the others.

GGG/Lemieux is the natural leader but I guess Cotto v Canelo will make more buys.

I get all free due to my network cable, but if I had to pay the only one that's worth it and not a complete rip off is cotto/canelo.

    lemieux/ggg
    floyd/berto are jokes for ppv.
