Which of these staredowns would you rather avoid?

    are really the only two fighters that i can think of (yes i know, most people list Liston, Hearns, Foreman) but to ME PERSONALLY, those two (and i could add vargas in there, not because of being intimidating, but i can see in his eyes someone that really will die to win) as the only guys to really stand out to me in terms of 'oh ****' with their staredowns.

    I wish they did more of this.... the faceoff is an awsome way to make the energy crackle almost over the top before the opening bell. That was awsome.

    Off the list:

    I thought Young Foreman had a mean stare. And his stare-down with Joe Frazier was classic. Both had a great stare.

    Tyson: Most of Tyson's stare-downs were him just being relaxed and giving you a look like he was in complete control and you were no bother to him.

    The one fight people may look at him with him really being intense was the Jose Ribalta fight...and of course, Post-Prison, against McNeely.

    Tyson hardly ever got into the pre-fight staredown but on the rare occasions when he did stare opponents down, he could be real intimidating. Hell, he's Mike Tyson. Not only was he an uber-gifted fighter, but just a scary looking person.

    His staredown with cro-cop was ****in scary. Never seen a man almost scare Wand other than that. Wand is no longer scary after his surgery. but that man could scare you through the T.V. back then.

    cotto has a mean stare down ... and holyfield too .... but stare down talk "got any excuses tonight roy" takes the cake .... "you ready to see this heart" had me hype

    Hopkins - anyone who can make it out of a stadium packed to the hilt in pissed off Puerto Ricans, with no body guards, and live....Hopkins very well could be the undead...He's scary...

    Vitali - I was at the Vitali vs. Lewis fight...He had half his face coming off and was literally pissed they stopped it...Bad MF....
