    If you say Floyd is greater than Pacquiao then you're saying the quality of the fighters they beat doesn't matter.

    I think Lomachenko is more talented than Pacquiao and would probably beat him H2H.

    For me Manny Pacquaio wins this hands down. Manny is a FIGHTER!! came up the hard way. Every success he had was EARNED. The way he was treated on May 2 by the NSAC. USADA, Vegas boxing & its officials was little short of CRIMINAL Mayweather NEVER legitimately beat Pacquaio he had to CHEAT to even COMPETE with him , Mayweather should be banned from the sport for life long with NSAC USADA & Vegas boxingthey were all in the corruption up to their asses

    Tinman we've been over this many times. Pac grew into his frame and was about even in size with Cotto by the time they fought. Very impressive win, but Floyd fought Canelo who is a fricken MW, and Floyd came up from 130. So their pretty much even.

    Pac went from 126 to 145 to beat cotto.
    And Floyd went from 130 to 152 to beat Canelo.
