Which old timers lifted weights

    I had forgotten about the "rowing a boat" exercise.

    Just look at those California College Girls on the West Coast "Crew" Rowing teams.

    I would love to give them a little "weight" training.

    recently shane mosley looked much better after he stopped his weight lifting regimen.

    there wouldnt be a problem if we trained like weight lifters, using fast/explosive movements to lift heavyweights. the problem is when we start training like bodybuilders, like training the biceps which is totally wrong.

    and from my experience weight training must be stopped about 2 or 3 weeks before a fight. you still keep you strength and you feel much much faster and flexible!
