there are a lot of people who are "afraid of needles", try asking random people around. never have i donated blood for the said reason but i have been in a lot far worse troubles that i willingly engaged to, betting my life and freedom.

 

I think Pacquiao said he was weary about giving blood, not the needles. A worse comment for him was saying "Mayweather is bigger than me so giving blood will affect him less".

Didn't Bob Arum come out and said Manny is scared of needles in one of his interviews.. I don't think that ever came out Pac's mouth.. Either way it showed how Arum controls his career and immediately declined the offer by giving a reason why he can not take the test.

 

i am not easily scared, a certain event where two guys were arguing on the street and one of them pulled a knife out . . . . now i could have gone into the shop and ignored it but i was stupid enough to stay in the middle of it and made sure no one got stabbed

However Needles i am petrified of, however I am a regular blood donor and have been since 17 since i was legally aloud to give blood as it does go towards a good cause (even if i do kick and scream on the table)

Pac's excuse is a blatant duck, if he had to take injections for medical reasons then would he use this excuse again?

Now im sure if a 147 pound 17 year old can give blood, a so called p4p boxer can too
