Which one of these 3 fights would you have most liked RJJ to have taken?

That was at the tail end of his career though. plus the way Dariusz fought he was always going to struggle as he got older.

He beat Montell Griffin, who beat Toney twice and he beat Thadzi who also beat Toney.

He was a good fighter, not saying he was a great, but he was number2 in the division and Jones jnr was number 1 and both were undefeated.

 

DM, it would of meant more to Jones legacy, imo. Calzaghe hadn't done enough by that stage and Jones had already beaten Hopkins.

First of all , he DID fight Bernard and won clearly.

Bernard was NOT green. He was still improving but he was far from a rookie.

Re: Calzaghe, I think Jones takes it by a good margin. Calzaghe thinks so too.

While I also believe he would have beaten Darius, there's just the hint of a gap in his resume there. He's the closes anyone can cite to duck. And the truth is, both had an equal share of the blame for the fight not happening.

 

I wanted Roy Jones to beat the crap out of Michalczewski.
