I think he should fight Anthony Small in a ''challenger has his hands tied behind his back catchweight fight''.

So - Small is guaranteed to be weight drained and incapable of throwing or blocking a punch.

    Sorted.

I've noticed you've been trolling with this line for a while. Pac's fought exactly one catchweight fight, so where's the precedent for weight limit clauses?

Well I hope whoever he fights it is not at a catch weight or I will be pissed off big time. Cotto gave in the last time and boxed at a catch weight if you are fighting for a title against either fight to the limit of that weight division. That what has pissed me off with Pacman.

You've used that line of attack a few times on this thread I believe. Anyway, rather than acting like an angst filled teen - swearing and having a strop - why don't you explain to me Pac's precedent for weight restrictions?:good

I prefer neither of these fights.

Margarito=Adds nothing to Mannys legacy, and he doesn't deserve the pay day.

Cotto=The first fight was too one-sided.

I'd prefer to see Pac in with Berto (easy fight; another Welter out of the equation) or Williams (aint gonna happen even though I think Mannys southpaw stance is exactly whats required to beat P-Dub and would be easier than most are predicting)

Sadly, Arum wants to keep everything in-house. People laughed then and they'll laugh now, but I'm telling ya, as I did before Martinez, Pac vs Pavlik was not only winnable but would not be a bad choice now if Martinez hadn't dethroned Pavlik.

I've emboldened two examples on this thread alone, I've no interest in trawling your posts for further examples. Pacquiao's fought one catchweight fight.

Totally agree, but any fight pales in comparison to the one everyone wanted to see - and I don't think Pac can be blamed for that. We're all disappointed, but I'm a little perturbed at the way people are attacking Pac and focusing on his next opponent rather than the saliant issue, ie, Mayweather's lack of commital.

I sincerely hope this place isn't going to turn in to a whinge-fest for the next few months.

    Neither

The Cotto fight would be to soon, Migual needs another couple of fights to see where he's at. Nothing can be drawn from the Foreman fight. He looked pretty good but I think at this stage he would revert back to fighting the same way as the first Pac fight and get taken out earlier.

Margarito - would be an interesting fight but I don't see why he should get the payday. Should have been band for life.

    Not many other options -

Williams - which I think could happen if it was at 147, but no matter what Williams says I think he would struggle to get back down to Welter.

Berto - probably the only other Welter who deserves a shot or is ready for a shot. Not sure how much of a contest it would be.

Bradley - Not ready yet IMO would be a decent fight but has just come a little to early.

Martinez - Don't think he would jump straight into the higher weights against someone as good as Martinez.

Seriously, mate, having a one-way online feud with somebody from behind your keyboard is just daft. I will never bite so you may as well either leave it out or continue to present yourself in a childish manner. Which ever you prefer, of course. I can't even remember what I said to have made you get so tetchy with me in the first place anyway. Either way, put the internet into perspective; this is just a forum.
