Wad fought at 178 at the Olympics. you're telling me that he cut 18 lbs to fight at middleweight early in his career? He was a natural middleweight in the amateurs just like GGG.

Thee was no 168 division when Hagler and Monzon wee fighting and a move up to 175 would have been stupid. Nobody even cared about them moving up. That is a common phenomenon now days with fighters because there are light and super divisions.

 

He already has all the belts , but fine , let him stay in bum city all his life. Just don't go calling him an ATG. Leonard didn't have to go up for Hagler. Duran didn't have to go up for Leonard.
HW wasn't Roys division. Cruiser wasn't Toneys division. They both won belts there. The list goes on and on

Nonsense. He never weighed that at any Olympics. Am weight is not same as pro weight. They skip 168 at amateur level. Thats where he was - in the middle of 160 and 170.. He's had more 160 pro fights than he has had 175 pro fights.
Shaun Porter was a Middle weight as an amateur. Should Golovkin fight him next? Porter beat Broner at 144 pound. Thats a great fight for Golovkin right there.

They didn't live in bum city. Hagler wouldn't have turned down a career defining fight against Ward like Golovkin done.

Golovkin said he wanted to as well. And he should because there in nothing for him at 160.

I bashed Canelo plenty . Im no fan of his. He ducked Golovkin just like GGG ducked Ward. GG wants Canelo do something he wasn't prepared to do himself. They are both a pair of ducking jokes who only want to bully small guys.
