With all the talk about how Floyd really lost to Castillo or Manny losing to Marquez, I just wanted to know which outcome do you think the judges screwed up more on FMJ vs JLC 1 or MP vs JMM 2?

I don't think we can really say that judges "screw up" with their decision in very close fights like these.

I actually think FMJ vs JLC was a close fight that could of went either way but MP vs JMM 2 wasnt even close....I mean seriously JMM won 20 of 24 rounds in the two fights combined so i dont get where the math is coming from IMO....but i was just asking because when people talk about these two fighters these are the two fights that most say they should have not gotten the "W"

I'm a JMM fan and I scored that fight for him by a single point. And I must say I had a hard time scoring some of the rounds. It was a very close fight mate, although I feel the fight could have gone to Marquez, I can't really argue with the judges decision.

I scored it the same way. 7-5 Marquez with the KD but IMO I think the rounds were very clear and Marquez def deserved the victory.

I scored both Pac-JMM fights for Pac by 1 point. I scored the first Castillo vs Floyd fight for Castillo by 2 points.

The judges scored the first Floyd vs Castillo fight for Floyd by 4 or 5 points. Smells like corruption, not saying it is but it smells like it

****in hell you might as well have him winning by KO,i can understand someone having JMM winning both fights but having him winning 20 out of 24 rounds is just ridiculous to say the least.

    :good

I had Pac winning the first one by a point and JMM winning the second by 2. There's no way there was a 20-4 split on those.

The TS's point stands, though, which is that a lot of Pac fans have been beating on the Castillo result as Mayweather's 'loss', but none of them mention the 2nd JMM fight. I can see how you might be uncertain about either -- they were both close fights -- but there's no way that you can be objective and be certain that Floyd lost while at the same time being certain that Pac didn't lose. It doesn't make sense.

That's just it. Floyd Hatred is not based on common sense. Its based on stupidity, irrationality, and race.

Funny how its Floyd's fans accusing other fighters of using steroids with just speculation, and ducking a certain race in boxing.

Well, for everyone that calls me a "*******", here is me being NON biased...Pacquiao definitely lost the second JMM fight. If you look in his eyes during the post fight interview, you can see that he knew he lost. But was it highway robbery? If JMM hadn't hit the deck, I'd say yeah, maybe it was, but he did, so I won't.

But as far as comparing that fight to Mayweather-Castillo I...hmm...the only reason the fight was so competitive was becuase Castillo was being overly agressive, forcing Mayweather to resort to too much defense and not enough offense. Castillo wasn't out-boxing Mayweather, nor was he beating him to the punch. He was just out-hustling him, and pretty much imposing his will on PBF. JMM was landing clean shots on Manny...he damn near decapitated him with that left hook at the end of the second round. The outcome to the 2nd JMM-Pac fight may look worse, but overall, I'd have to say Castillo deserved the win over PBF more than JMM deserved it over Pac.

Both lost close but clearly, I had Castillo winning 7-5 and also JMM winning 7-5 ... the problem here is that FMJ lost his 1st fight against Castillo and the rematch he won it clearly a competitive fight but won clearly and Pac was coming from a very questioned decision in the 1st fight again JMM and then he didnt have a good rematch he clearly lost and then again gave the fight to Pac...

The judges were worse on Mayweather-Castillo, but mostly because the scorecards were too wide. Both fights could have gone close either way, just the cards were too wide in the Mayweather fight.

I had both PAc-JMM fight a draw and that is why I really wanted Pac to finish the business with JMM.
