Margarito is a live dog, but he fights nothing like Morales.

Besides having iron chins there is no comparison.

Morales fights well going forward or backwards. Margarito can only come forward

Morales throws crisp punches, Margarito throws wide looping punches.

Morales could box and counter puncher, Margarito cant do either.

Morales was a multi-faceted warrior who could box but liked to mix it up. Margarito is one dimensional.

Really no comparison besides the fact their both Mexican and from Tijuana.

You don't get me at all. First of all, Floyd is not a *****. I've never called Floyd a ***** and never will. Second of all, Pacquiao feasts on left hand dominant fighters. Barrera, Oscar, Cotto, Hatton, some of Pac's most dominant victories what do those guys all have in comon they mostly rely on their left hands. 3 of them are converted southpaws. Margarito has power in both fists and if anything his most powerful punch is the overhand right something that Pac has trouble with. He also throws very good uppercuts something that Pac has been getting caught with in his last 2 fights. He can also take a better punch than any of Pac's previous opponents save Morales.

Also, I don't mind catchweights at all. Never have even before Pacquiao ever fought Cotto at a catchweight. I think catchweights are a convenient way to get two guys from different divisions to fight each other without either guy feeling like he's the only one giving everything up to his opponent.

Also, I've never been a guy to count someone out just because of a bad loss. You look at my posting history I like Margarito and always felt that even though his skills are limited his amazing stamina, chin and relentlessness make him a very good fighter.

Last, I expect Pac to beat Margo. More than likely he will beat the crap out of Margo's body and the early rounds will be close but the damage will pile up and at the end Pac will have the upper hand on Margo. But I still think it's gonna be a war. Both these guys like to go to war I don't see how this could be a bad fight even if it ends up a little one sided.

He's not similar it terms of stature, but in terms of style Diaz is more similar to Margo than any of Pac's other notable opponents. Yes Margo is much taller, has more power and has a better chin. However they are both pressure fighters with NO defense, Margo invites his opponents to punch him and lets them pretty much punch him all they want. He relies on being able to take all they can give while knowing that they can't take as much as he can and that his pressure will eventually break them. Pretty much Diaz is a short poor man's version of Margo.

Frankly, other than height and being Mexican, Margo is nothing like Moralles. Moralles was a pure boxer who liked to trade but knew when not to. Margo is a guy who cannot box, he's a one dimensional come forward pressure fighter with NO defense.

Going against what is in my opinion one of, if not THEE, best offensive fighter in history, Margo cannot win with his style.

Margacheato is gonna get his ass whooped pretty good next month, unlike Cotto, Pac will NOT tire and he will COMMIT to his shots kinda like Mosley, Margo will be stopped on accumulation, as Pac lands dozens of heavy shots each round, this is a mismatch IMO.
