It’s probably easier to say which ones are better than Fulton honestly. All the clear P4Pers like Usyk, Inoue, Crawford, Canelo, Bivol, Beterbiev, and Teraji were all fairly clearly ahead of Fulton around this time. Sunny, Janibek, Adames, Opetaia, Navarrete, Foster (who Fulton is fighting next), and Jermell are all at a minimum on the same level as Fulton if not worse. The only fighter I think is better than Fulton here is maybe Jermell, the others aren’t as proven as Fulton, especially around the time prior to the Inoue fight. Leigh Wood, Venado Lopez, Yudai Shigeoka, and Knockout CP Freshmart are all clearly worse than Fulton. Cool Boy Steph is a very good fighter and I say this as someone who likes him for his own sake instead of trying to gas up Inoue, who’s resume speaks for itself even without Scooter, even if it is a massive feather in his cap.

I agree with what you say here.. and it isnt that I think Fulton “sucks” or something, after all, he was a world champion… I just don’t think he’s an A level or elite champion. . A win over Foster now will be a big feather in his cap to me.
