I think it's more likely Nakatani and Teofimo Lopez are a bit overrated and Barrios was relatively unknown and underrated.

Lomachenko gave a solid, stellar performance winning every round and stopping Nakatani with relative ease.

Tank took some rounds to work out Barrios then stopping him in dominant fashion whilst going up to 140 pounds.

It's a close call but Tank shades it with the more dominant stoppage win over a boxer outside his normal weight class.

Both guys made impressive stops. But tanks was just more dramatic two knock downs and a knock down stoppage.

I don't see how Tanks was more dominate. Loma didn't seem to struggle at any point while Barrios was finding a lot of success.

Tank is enough large for 140 lbs division with a glance, he is just short, stocky body type very athletic muscular guy. Some posters call him as fat cos he is short. He does have decent frame and is athletic body type guy.

Nakatani was overmatched. I figured Lona would put on a dominant performance. Tank had a tougher fight and came through big.

I'm trying to say it's more impressive due to Tank going up in weight and it's more of an achievement in my eyes. I took that into account and i think Tank's performance shades it because of that.

Barrios is not a world champion, Taylor is undisputed at 140. He held a secondary belt, the same one Trevor Bryan holds at HW.

Power don't work if you can't bring it to bear. Barrio's presented a puzzle in the beginning but Tank displayed an excellent ring IQ and broke him down. Barrios is a very good fighter and he showed it. Good combos, head and foot movement, heart, and a decent jab. Much better fighter than Nakatani. Loma was walking into him with little resistance and doing damage. If Tank was allowed that free pass, he wouldn't have lasted four rounds. Loma's shoulder was examined by specialists and deemed fit and ready for battle so that is a non issue. Loma trying to get paid just like Tank and Nakatani was chosen because his flaws were an open invitation for Loma to shine.

    Why?
Nakatani was first boxer this new Lopez was not able to drop and cards? Lol.
Now when Loma gets fight vs Nakatani this is overmatching?
Both of them are boxers not finished by the same Lopez.

If Loma as you said had beated Nakatani easily, this means just that Lopez is heavily overrated.

That's fair enough. I rate Loma's win better purely on the basis that we have an idea of how Nakatani did since he recently fought Lopez. Barrios on the other hand is a pretty big unknown. He fought another unknown guy who was 7-0 in a tight match and that's about all I know of him.

    Definitely Loma.

Simply because he just came back from shoulder surgery. There are subjective views about Nakatani, but controlling the fight and dominating all rounds is just unreal. No one would predict this, even Loma fans who expected him to win.

Yes Barrios was so good he needed a favour from the three home judges to get by a seven fight novice. Nakatani gave a P4P top 10 ranked talent hell for 12 rounds. You can try and spin that as hard as you can but only your fellow fanboy spin merchants are going to be buying what you're selling

No, Nakatani was chosen because Loma wanted to do a better job on him than Teofimo in order to try and secure the rematch against him and that's because he's chasing greatness and your boy is chasing cherrypicks, paper champions and regular titles and has been shamelessly ducking Loma for years and he wants no part of Lopez or any other legit threats who aren't paper champions who hold regular and interim world titles either. Floyd and Ellerbe will be happy to confirm that for you if you want to ask them.

Loma completely dominating someone who gave a P4P top 10 talent living hell for 12 rounds in his first fight back from shoulder who was a freaking giant compared to him>>>Twink losing multiple rounds to a guy who had never even fought anyone remotely close to Lopez's level let alone given them hell and who needed a gift from the home judges to get past a seven fight novice (and I'm pretty sure that seven fight novice hasn't ever taken any P4P top 10 type talents to hell and back before lol)

Lopez is a much better boxer and a lot more skilled than Nakatani as is he than Barrios and a lot more powerful than the later as well but that couldn't prevent Nakatani from giving him 12 rounds of hell now could it?

Go check out the YT comments on Barrios' fight against that seven fight novice, most on there are very clued up on exactly why Twink picked Barrios as was I

You could make a good argument for both.
