Which pre-1950 fighters would likely clean out their natural weight division today?

    You can make a case that Wilde and Villa both have a decent chance of running the current flyweight division. Lynch, too...provided he could stay sober for any length of time.

    Ike Williams is a great shout at lightweight. So is Tony Canzoneri, methinks. :deal

    Armstrong probably torches anyone currently fighting at feather, though I have a funny feeling that Gary Russell Jr. might be the one active fighter who will prove himself to be capable of giving someone like Homicide Henry a run for his money.

    Louis obliterates the cruiser-weight division, and a later version of Louis still beats everyone but K2, Even then, I can see scenarios where a cagey post WWII Louis finds a way to land the jab and slice VK open, or detonates a late round bomb on Wlad's suspect chin.

    That;s all I've got at the moment.
