Which Pro Boxers have you met?

Anthony crolla, Jonny nelson, Jamie Moore, Ryan Rhodes, Chad gaynor and Curtis woodhouse. They are all top guys and boxers seem to have a lot of time for their fans.

 

Michael Gomez: In a chippy at 4 o'clock in the morning. We were both smashed, i must of only been 17 or 18. I was just talking to him about one of his fights, he seemed happy that i knew who he was and had decent knowledge of his career. I think i was off the sunrise! haha he i think he wanted to go, but one of his handlers who look Soba said no.

Tony Bellew: Just greeted him in my old work, and shook his hand. He looked abit confused, when I greeted him

Seen loads: Walk past them or been close by. David Price, Shane Neary to name afew.

 

Mike Tyson,Paul McCloskey,Martin Rogan,Dave Boy McCauley and John H Stracey all were sound the guys with Tyson were utter scum though especially Jeff Fenech.

Very arrogant and obnoxious with anyone he thought unimportant but a toady with Tyson.

 

Met Paul Appleby at Kelvin Hall the night of Burns vs Martinez. He sat next to me and my mates and watched Simpson/Smith fight with us. Came across as a decent guy and chatted away for a good bit.

Don McMillan lives in my hometown and knew my Dad so had the opportunity to speak to him about his career. Never won the lonsdale or commonwealth but can say he defeated Minter and Finnegan (Kevin i think) - cuts. Also went into a bit of detail about when he fought Bunny Sterling. Could have listened to his tales all night.

 

Geard Ajetovic is one of my good mates.

Met (as in had a conversation with) Tony Quigley, Paul Smith, Gary Thornhill, Shea Neary, Earnie Shavers.

Met loads more in passing.

 

What the **** does this mean man..?

 

Met Rendall Munroe last week, i'm training for a white collar boxing bout and he was at the gym sparring anyone who wanted to get in and do a round with him he was an absolute gent and I couldn't help but laugh as I unloaded 5-6 punches and he slipped everyone, he sparred a couple of professionals afterwards and was on a different planet to them in terms of ability got a pic with him afterwards I was buzzing when I got home.

Everything I ever hear about him is people saying he's an absolute class guy.

 

Yeah I've met Fenech good boxer in his day but a ****ing ****.
