Are you seriously suggesting that the Real McCoy will make a comeback at a high level - and bearing in mind that he'll be 32 (I think)? I agree that he a was true ring legend and one (if not the) best that Scotland has ever produced. But I'd hate to see him back and struggling against guys that he'd have blown away in his prime.

I remember him in the amateurs when Scotland had a great squad that include Scott H, Alex Arthur and David McIntyre (who I think didn't stay in the pro game too long). They were more than a match for the home nations and did the country proud. Harrison more than any went on to greater things. But what might have happened if he'd moved away and found fresh trainers and happiness elsewhere. (I know the incident that landed him in the pokey happened in Spain but had there been looked after by non-family who knows.) Looking back, I wish he had.

I f***ing hate the way the press in Scotland has been too quick to jump on him; especially given what he's done for the sport up here. Braehead nights seem so long ago...

If it wasnt for me, this place wouldnt be thriving today. Thats what makes me so happy & so sad nowadays posting here, my happiness stems from the fact I made this place popular, & the sadness comes from the fact that in making the place popular, I am now deemed 'surplus to requirements' & people now want me gone for the simple reason that I am a scottish boxing fan thats so straight to the point that it hurts.

I helped make this place, & heres the thanks that I get! I dont mind though, its alright. Times change, & posters change. Yesterdays hero is todays rubbish to be thrown into the trashcan by the trashman...

Everytime somebody says anything which isn't 100% ego-boosting we get this same old pathetic lines. I'm beginning to think you may be Harrison himself, considering how every post of yours seems to be posted under the influence or you're probably somebody very close to him (As Harrison would have probably smashed his computer in a rage by now). If you aren't Harrison you have problems, and wanking off online whilst pissed over how big you were on ESB back in the day wont help you

Agreed. Any of the pros or trainers who come on here to give a heads-up then fair play to them. Dont be strangers
