    I would not say definitely,but:
    Robinson
    Cuevas
    Walcott
    Hearns

    May have been comparable.

It's a difficult call, but I'd probably put Cuevas at the top of the heap of welter punchers. Robinson, Hearns and Trinidad were all devastating punchers, but had the boxing ability to set up their punches. Pipino was a pure puncher, with no other obvious world class attributes.

You can make an argument for any of the above though, and they all hit hard enough to wreck any welter in history.

Hearns and Cuevas for sure. SRR maybe. joe Louis said SRR was the hardest punching Welterweight he ever saw all the way until Hearns, who he named as harder. I think Robinson's sheer raw power gets forgotten a bit at 147.

I think Tito hit as hard as anyone at 147 .. he was brutal and had two handed power all fight ... Hearn's faded as evidenced v.s. Shields and Leonard. Tito carried it all night ...

ONe thing about Tito offensively that doesn't get as much recognition as it should is how well he threw the right hand, it was usually his most technically perfect punch and packed plenty of thudding power.

Besides the obvious contenders ome lesser contenders also had viscious power, though obviously not as efective overall KO artists as Tito because of having less overall attributes.

Jose Luis Lopez and Colin Jones from recent decades were both chilling punchers.I think it likely both hit at least as hard regarding raw power.imo they were on the Khaosai Galaxy level as punchers and could easily have had decent reigns if against so-so opposition with a bit more luck regarding the division and era they found themselves in.And with more dedication on Lopez' case.

Absolutely..that one punch was deadly as hell. Napoles would have ko'ed Tito, by the way.
