If Khan's defence is still as vulnerable as I think it is, I think Maidana will get a stoppage within the 1st half of the fight.

But, if it goes to round 7/8 and Maidana hasn't showed signs of catching him, I'm going to favour Khan. El Chino gets sloppy and his punches get wider and wider as the fight goes on, and Khan will make him eat a lot of leather for this.

But my final prediction is a Maidana win.

 

Khan will win by TKO OR UD.

I will bet my ESB access on it.

I rate Khan and want him to win, but I still might put money on a late KO for Maidana.

His defence, while much-improved under Roach, isn't exactly super tight and both Malignaggi and Kotelnik were able to catch him with punches. If he tires and gets a bit sloppy against Maidana then we all know what might happen. Still reckon he's gonna win a comfortable decision though... Lewis-Tua mkII.
