That gash above his right eye is pretty deep. I'm guessing it must have happened in sparring? Unless he gets KO'd clean IMO it's certain that Canelo will reopen that cut. If it wasn't a Massive HBO PPV Smith would not be fighting.
I havnt seen the cut been watching all the build up etc. When did u see it? I wad just starting to raise the percentsge on liam pulling it off as well, thats him definatly foked now
Saw the cut abit earlier in a pre fight interview- If your watching now you would have just heard the commentators discussing it

Well it opened up very early doors in the fight, the cut being the reason he hadn't sparred since August 16th. I seen him at the Arsenal v Liverpool game, had a quick chat and wished him luck... decent lad. Few people were asking for photo's but he had to refuse because of the cut... probably not wanting it to get back to Canelo's camp.
